This is a kill shelter where both Brittany and Michellene, who is a death
Doula, are there to console these souls with walks, blankets, cage
cleaning, food, water and lots of love before they may be put down if
not adopted within 10 days. Their goal is to get these dogs adopted
ASAP. They also organize fostering until adopted and relocating to
USA and Canada. If you feel moved to help these 4 legged souls

This special date the class will finish with Reiki
by our Reiki master Cothy Hajnal.
He will do a group spiritual and energetic reiki healing
during the final resting meditation for a $50p min. donation.
You can also receive private sessions by appointment.

Posture Clinic

Each month we will deep dive into
popular postures and answer all your questions.
Offering Alignment based biomechanics of
the postures and their benefits physically,
mentally and energetically.
The focus is to Create sustainability for a safe lifelong practice
and finding the pathway to the full expression of the pose.
These sessions are playful and interactive.

Attending every month to build your knowledge
with hands on adjustments and demonstrations.
