STRENGTH AND GRACE ARM BALANCE WORKSHOP

with Willis Johnston E-RYT200, an Oklahoma native, has made cities such as New York and Las Vegas his home, performing as a dancer at the Metropolitan Opera and Cirque du Soleil.

You will learn the building blocks of arm balancing so that you can find a clearer, safer, and more efficient approach to these strong, yet graceful postures. Expect insight on alignment, action within poses, and fun tips and tricks to jumpstart and/or inspire your arm balance practice.
